New Home Build in Freeport!
We are excited to announce that work will begin on a new home in Freeport this June. The single-family home will be located on the corner of Old Brunswick Road and Route 1. There are three possible designs for the home. Once the family has been selected, the design best suited for the family will be chosen.
The previously announced 8-home project in South Portland is still moving forward. We will build this home in Freeport while they wait to begin development in South Portland later this year.
If you are interested in applying for ownership of this home, you must attend an informational session.
Due to the COVID-19 / Coronavirus pandemic, the previously scheduled information sessions have been postponed until further notice. We will announce those dates once they are scheduled.
