What is Habitat Restore?

Opened in 2006, the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland ReStore is a discount retail outlet open to the public that sells donated new and gently used building materials, appliances and furniture at greatly reduced prices.  All of the profits from ReStore are used to support Habitat for Humanity home building projects in the Greater Portland area.

Our Mission

• To generate income that enables Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland  to create affordable homeownership opportunities in Cumberland County.

• To serve the community by providing quality products at affordable prices.

• To preserve our environment by keeping reusable items out of our landfills.
