Sea Dog’s Baseball is Back in Season! 

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland is thrilled to be running its annual

Sea Dog’s parking fund raiser once again and we need more volunteer support this year! 

Every year, for one hour before each of the Sea Dog’s 71 home games, Habitat staff and volunteers direct traffic into parking spaces and collect a $5 donation to support Habitat’s building program from each vehicle.  This is a tremendous fund raiser for Habitat and we couldn’t do it without our volunteers.

All volunteers will be asked to commit to volunteering at 5 home games this season (that’s only one per month!) and will receive a ticket to each game at which they volunteer.  Volunteers are welcomed and encouraged to sign up in pairs (and will not be asked to then volunteer at 10 games, still only 5!). 

This is a family-friendly volunteer opportunity so youth are welcome to participate. 

However, youth under the age of 16 do need to be accompanied by an adult.
