In January we move over to Egypt Rd. in Gray to start building our next community.

Starting in the new year, we will set up shop in Gray where we will be building our next 9 homes. Our mission is to continue raising enough money to fully fund the gap between our cost to build each home and the amount we sell it for.

Our estimated cost to build each home in Gray will be around $435K, and our anticipated average sale price will be $335K. This results in a current funding gap of $100K per home, bringing our total fundraising goal for this entire 9-home project to $900K.
