Julie Ray has been with the Board since 2014 and is currently the president.  She is an attorney practicing real estate and business law at Perkins Thompson in Portland.  She particularly enjoys representing several nonprofit organizations.  Julie lives in North Yarmouth with her husband and two college-aged children.
